This Privacy Policy describes how Verticos.ai LLC (“Verticos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and services, including Trusso, Scanstead, and Verticos for Travel (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

• Account information. Name, email address, phone number, business name, and password when you create an account.
• Business content. Information you enter or upload while using the Services, such as customer records, leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, payments, itineraries, bookings, notes, messages, documents, and photos.
• Communications. Emails, messages, and other correspondence you send through or connect to the Services, and communications you have with us (for example, support requests).
• Payment information. If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by our third-party payment processors (such as Apple, Google, or Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.

Information collected from your device

• Camera and LiDAR data. Scanstead and certain features of our other apps use your device’s camera and LiDAR sensor to capture spaces, create measurements, and generate floor plans and property records. Scans are captured only when you initiate them and are used to provide the features you request.
• Photos and files. With your permission, we access photos or files you choose to attach to records in the Services.
• Location information. With your permission, we may collect approximate or precise location to associate scans, jobs, or site visits with a property address. You can disable location access in your device settings.
• Device and usage data. Device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, log data, crash reports, and information about how you interact with the Services, used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

2. How We Use AI

Our Services are AI-first: they use artificial intelligence to interpret business information (such as conversations, documents, photos, measurements, and records), prepare drafts, recommend actions, and automate routine tasks. In providing these features:

• Content you submit may be processed by third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• We do not sell your business content, and we do not permit our AI providers to use your content to train their generally available models without your consent.
• AI-generated output is provided to assist you. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving important actions, and the Services are designed to let you control what is reviewed, approved, or completed automatically.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Create and manage your account and subscriptions;
• Process transactions and send related information such as receipts;
• Power AI-assisted features you request, such as drafting estimates, organizing itineraries, or generating measurements from scans;
• Send service, security, and support communications;
• Respond to your questions and requests;
• Monitor usage, diagnose problems, and protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks;
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics, payment processing, and customer support), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• At your direction. When you choose to share content with others—for example, sending an estimate to a customer, sharing a floor plan, or sending an itinerary to a traveler.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Verticos, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@verticos.ai or using in-app account deletion where available.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Access, correction, and deletion. You may access and update account information in the app, and may request a copy or deletion of your personal information.
• Device permissions. You can manage camera, photo, and location permissions in your device settings. Disabling permissions may limit certain features.
• Marketing. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We will still send service-related communications.
• Regional rights. Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, email providers, calendars, or booking platforms). Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by additional notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
